Growing area: east-facing, well-ventilated slopes in Eppan Berg, 450- 500 m.a.s.l.
Soil: Loamy limestone gravel soils at the foot of the Mendola Mountains, with a dominant dolomite content and highly variable iron content (red clay). The soils are very deep with a valuable permanent water supply.
Training system: Guyot with 6000-7000 vines/hectare
Yield: 25-30 hl/ha
Vinification: after a short cold maceration maceration in open oak vats for about two weeks at a constant temperature of 28 ° C, malolactic fermentation and aging on the fine lees in barrique for 12-14 months. Bottle aging for at least one year.
